Except this has been the specific job of THIS particular group of people for the last 209 years since Chief Justice John Marshall laid down the doctrine of judicial review.
You’d think that a Constitutional Law Professor would know that. Except Presbo wasn’t one of those. Never a Professor. What about an Assistant Professor? Nope. More of a Senior Lecturer. Not full time. Not tenured. Perhaps that would explain why this subtlty is lost on him.
Now in the years since and after becoming a senator, the university has decided to claim him as a professor. Not a distiction extended to other senior lecturers though.
