THE TRADITIONAL DETERENT EFFECT
1) Kill people (aim for leaders, protect none).
2) Break their stuff and/or take it away for the victor’s use.
3) Leave them with no ability to recover quickly (in years).
4) Let only their friends help them.
5) Take notes (who helped?)
PEACE WILL REIGN UNTIL HISTORY IS LOST.
