The blood is on YOUR hands

On Fox News’ Hannity, conservative commentator and author Michelle Malkin squared off with liberal attorney and commentator Tamara Holder.  In the course of the interview, Ms. Holder assigned the blame for the deaths that resulted from the US government operation Fast and Furious to….

And me.

To us Americans.

Her words: “No, actually we‘re all Americans and it’s (the blood) on all of our hands,”

Apparently we Americans are directly responsible for the deaths of  US Border Patrol agent Brian Terry as well as the 200 murders in Mexico that have been committed with guns that the US government allowed to flow into Mexico.

Liberal logic.  If Americans weren’t so enamored of the 2nd Amendment, that we didn’t want to own our own means of self-defense so much, then it would never have been necessary for Eric Holder and the Department of Justice to formulate a program where automatic weapons were allowed to flow from US sources into Mexico in violation of our own laws and at the direct objection of the American vendors involved,  in order to create a mass of American weapons that would be involved in crimes that would then be able to be decried by liberal media in the US to sway public opinion to then be able to create an artificial groundswell of loud clamor that would then allow an attack on the substance of the 2nd Amendment itself.

Mea culpa.  Guilty as charged.
