The American Geophysical Union has completed a massive new study regarding the Antarctic ice shelf, utilizing 12 tons of hot-water drilling equipment and three bore holes more than 200m deep through the Fimbul Shelf, which spans an area roughly twice the size of New Jersey combined with sensor packages attached to elephant seals to give accurate readings of the eastern Antarctic ice shelf, the most accurate picture in the past 20 years. Turns out that the computer models that we’ve been using for the past 20 years that were not based on any actual direct data, were wrong.
So the ice shelf is quite stable in size. No melting. No sea level rise. No effect from any climate change. Or greenhouse gases. Or any measurable impact from mankind’s existence. We are apparently insignificant.
So all of that global warming hoopla?
