That pig don’t fly

Presbo’s campaign is running ads that Romney is a corporate raider who “shipped jobs overseas”.

Problem is that Bain Capital didn’t do that when Romney was running it.   And while the company did outsource jobs of some of the failing companies that it invested it, it did so AFTER Romney had left managing it.  If he was actually still running the company when that occurred, that means that he willfully committed a felony with the papers that he filed with the SEC regarding his management.

So I’m supposed to believe that Presbo’s campaign has evidence that they are trumpeting about Romney having committed a felony and that the SEC has then NOT also charged him with that?  Out of the goodness of their heart?  Or deferring to Presbo’s sense of ethics and fair play?

Stupid but not THAT stupid.
