You say “semantics”, I say “treason”

Prior to the Libyan debacle, the US State Department was sending $4 million dollars abroad to refurbish Moslem mosques.  The justification for this obscene abuse of tax payer dollars is “a good will effort”.  Obviously not buying us a lot of good will here.  Need to apply for a refund.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.”

In order for the State Department to send this money to anyone, it must first be appropriated by Congress, which they do by passing a funding bill.

That’s making a law.

Pretty sure that rebuilding mosques, aiding and abetting Islam, constitutes the same thing as establishing a religion.  And that the slimy lawyers don’t get to duck this as that it was already established, and they were just doing maintenance.

Regardless of the question of whether folks are qualified to even run for the office, there are many more that have qualified to be impeached.
