Once more, into the breach

The election is not over and the slow degradation of our republic by the collapse of our economy and then the creation of a socialist oligarchy is not yet a foregone conclusion.

Because of the voting irregularities and because of the 12th amendment.

“After the presidential election, the governor of your state prepares seven Certificates of Ascertainment. “As soon as practicable,” after the election results in your state are certified, the governor sends one of the Certificates of Ascertainment to the Archivist.

Certificates of Ascertainment should be sent to the Archivist no later than the meeting of the electors on December 17, 2012. However, federal law sets no penalty for missing the deadline.”

“A set of electoral votes consists of one Certificate of Ascertainment and one
Certificate of Vote.”

“The deadline for receipt of the electoral votes by the President of the Senate and the Archivist is December 26, 2012. States face no legal penalty for failure to comply.”

Which means that if a governor makes a determination that a significant number of people have been disenfranchised by voter fraud and does not sign the certificate of ascertainment, then that state will have no votes sent to the electoral college.

We have four Republican governors in 4 key swing states, where Presbo won by an average of 100,000 people.   This is in states that were expected based on the polling to have been going to Romney.  Virginia, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Florida.  We also have major  reports of voter fraud emanating from those states, but these have not been investigated.  Acorn has been reconstituted and submitted thousands of phony voter registration forms in every state where the race was supposed to be close.  The military is supposed to have offices set up on each base for this election to allow soldiers ready access to absentee ballots to prevent the disenfranchisement that happened in 2008.  No offices and military absentee votes are at a record low.  24 million voter registrations are invalid and 2.75 million folks registered in more than one state. http://www.pewtrusts.org/our_work_report_detail.aspx?id=85899370677

A voter machine whose code has been hacked requires a line by line analysis of the installed programming code by a programmer who knows what he is doing in order to verify that the machine was delivering valid votes.  There is NO OTHER WAY  to make a determination that the machine didn’t generate fraudulent results.  And one of the voting machine programmers has testified that he knew of cases where the programming code had been sabotaged.     http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2LwnmbdiTg&feature=player_embedded

If the Republican governors of those 4 swing states do not sign certificates of ascertainment, then neither Presbo nor Romney will have sufficient electoral votes to claim a majority and the election would be then decided by the House of Representatives.

“If no Presidential candidate wins 270 or more electoral votes, a majority, the
12th Amendment to the Constitution provides for the House of Representatives to
decide the Presidential election.”

Which means that the 4 Republican governors of Wisconsin, Virginia, Ohio, and Florida have it within their power, if they act in unison, to overturn what happened on November 6.

Interesting times.
